The Atelier Akrami Online Boutique ships worldwide, and shipping is complimentary for all orders within Australia above $499.

Sign-up Free Shipping Offer is only valid for Australian and New Zealand Shipping addresses. No refunds on shipping will be applied after an order is placed. 

Please note: Delivery times may vary during busy periods and over the holiday season.

Please note that the cost of the garment and the shipping does not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination country.

To track the progress of your order, please consult your tracking code that will have been sent out by us at dispatch. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact customer care.

RETURNS

Conditions:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receiving the purchase.
• Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
• Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
• The original invoice as proof of purchase is to be provided.
• Atelier Akrami reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements.
• We offer a full refund for every online purchase.
• Please note there is no refund on shipping charges unless the item was faulty. Import charges and fees are non-refundable, not the liability of Atelier Akrami and are at the discretion of import authorities. If you prefer, you can elect to receive a credit note for the product value instead of a refund.
• Return via post: To return your online purchase, please consult the following table:
• We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure delivery. Atelier Akrami will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing or late incoming deliveries.
• Returns can be sent to the Atelier Akrami’s PO Box Address:

1. Read the Atelier Akrami Returns policy to check if your item is eligible for return.
2. Choose whether you would like an exchange for another size, receive a credit note or refund.
3. Pack all merchandise with your original invoice.

1. Your return will be assessed and if eligible, your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed. You will receive a notification when this occurs.
2. For refunds, please allow 3-5 working days from the day we have processed this, for the funds to be deposited into your account.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES

• If you require alterations to your order or have incorrectly ordered an item or an incorrect size, please contact customer care immediately so that we can rectify the issue before your order is packed and sent to you

ITEM AVAILABILITY

• Sometimes our online stock levels may not reflect our inventory, and though this is a rare occurrence, this may mean that items may not be available at the time of purchase.
• In the event of this happening, our customer care team will be in touch with you immediately to issue a full refund or find a suitable replacement.
